I’m a licensed mortgage loan originator with over 27 years of full time lending experience.  I’ve been a Brevard county resident since 1976, graduated from Merritt Island High School, and currently call Viera home.  I can lend anywhere in the State of Florida, to include primary residences, second/vacation homes, and rental properties. I also have the ability to help with commercial financing.  I help my clients review products to see what would be the best fit for their financial plans as well as their hopes and dreams of homeownership.

My passion is serving my clients and helping them have an informed, efficient process with competitive pricing and fees.  I also love to resurrect deals that my competitors couldn’t close, and find solutions to help them succeed in the homebuying market, even if their scenario may be outside of traditional lending guidelines.

On a personal note, I’m married to a wonderful husband, and have a blended family of four adult kids, who live all over the United States.  I am super involved with my local family, as well as my faith family and enjoy mission work, local and international, and traveling to new places, whenever I get the opportunity.
