I have been in the real estate and lending arenas for 30+ years, 10 years as a real estate transaction coordinator for two local high-volume Realtors and 20+ years in the mortgage lending industry. This benefits you in that I have experience on both sides of the transaction; One, in understanding your contract and two, in knowing the importance of the deadlines you must meet. My passion is helping buyers, especially first-time home buyers, by helping them through the home buying process. I also enjoy working with move up/down or 2nd home buyers as well as investors. As a mortgage professional, it is my job to help my clients, no matter what stage in life they are in, with the mortgage financing they need: Conventional, USDA, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Renovation, Equity usage, and many alternative types of financing like bank statement and DSCR. All while making them feel comfortable and confident from application through to closing. My assistance doesn’t end there as I’m available to answer any questions after closing.
